Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a compliance role in retail or related industries, with 3+ years at a managerial level.
• Experience dealing with fire drills and crisis management.
• Strong background in incident reporting and claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the center team to optimize safety and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Ikano Safety and Security Manual and local legislation.
• Develop training materials for co-workers and external partners.
• Lead engagement with external authorities ensuring compliance.
