Senior Retail Associate (based in Mitsui Outlet)

We are looking for a talented candidate to undertake:

• Execute and complete daily store operation jobs.
• Achieve sales targets according to the Game Plan set by the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers by providing comprehensive product information.
• Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, presentable, and merchandise displays follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties.
• Follow the scheduled working shifts.
• Handle cash and inventory responsibilities, including float, cashiering, and stock management.
• Perform cashier duties as needed.
• Conduct stock takes and manage stock loss issues.
• Assist the team with other projects as required.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Comply with SOPs of Management and Retail Operations Department.
