Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Managing Consultant, SPD (Research Solutions) to lead end-to-end scoping, proposal development, vendor engagement and delivery governance for ARC engagements. The role connects stakeholders, translates needs into structured research scopes, and delivers portfolio reporting including revenue and pipeline views.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to progress engagements, manage pricing, and ensure timely delivery aligned with ARC objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in research-related agency work.
• Ability to translate briefs into scopes, timelines and governance packs.
• Experience with RFQs/RFPs, feasibility and sampling discussions.
• Cross-functional coordination with Legal/Sourcing/Privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage research intake, scope, and pricing with stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and manage pipeline from opportunity to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and fieldwork components; ensure alignment.
• Oversee contracting and supplier onboarding workflows.
• Govern delivery and standardize ways of working; maintain dashboards.
• Maintain revenue/pipeline reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to internal enablement and ARC offering materials.
