Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a repair and maintenance facility for down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment.

You will organize activities, ensure adherence to global standards, and mentor technicians to uphold safety and quality. This role requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent with at least five years in equipment repair and maintenance, with management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of experience, including as an equipment repair and maintenance technician.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a repair and maintenance facility by organizing and coordinating activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment for one or more product lines.
• Ensures equipment is maintained according to global maintenance standards.
• Mentors employees on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversees training and development of technicians.
• Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines and that safety procedures are followed during the repair process.
• Orders and maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance.
• Promotes continuous improvement of shop processes.
• Assists in evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.
