Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience supporting products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reliability testing & CA execution per JEDEC/AEC-Q100 standards.
• Lab equipment setup, operation, and maintenance; manage reliability databases.
• Compliance with reliability procedures and SOPs; support from supervisors/engineers.
