Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record supporting products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with reliability testing.
• Self-motivated with discipline and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to follow engineering instructions precisely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability testing for device and package qualification per JEDEC/AEC-Q100.
• Set up, operate and maintain accelerated environmental test systems and manage databases.
• Ensure compliance with reliability procedures and assist engineers as needed.
