Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad invites you to join our Wealth Management team as a Sales Planning & Activities professional in Malaysia. You will prepare and execute sales plans for leads sourced from LMS and self-generated sources, and collaborate with PBC/branch/region teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will provide investment and wealth advisory services, review portfolios to grow AUM, identify cross-selling opportunities, arrange appointments, and maintain ongoing client engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in wealth management or banca products.
• Degree holder; CFP with valid licenses (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Activities

Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers sourced from the Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads. Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region levels on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, including portfolio management support. Conduct periodic reviews of customers’ investment portfolios to grow Assets Under Management (AUM). Identify and plan cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to increase customers’ PHR and overall revenue. Arrange appointments, conduct sales visitations, prospecting, and maintain ongoing customer engagement.

Sales Management

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals. Work closely with the Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns. Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analysis for management review. Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with valid FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in wealth management and banca products within financial institutions.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess all relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
• Strong sales and results‑oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
