Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a strategic senior financial governance professional for its Penang Finance Operations Centre. You will lead regional month-end close, drive commercial performance analysis, and oversee controls across multi-currency reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Active professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA) preferred/required.
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced financial modeling (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end regional month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Direct review and presentation of key metrics (Backlog, Orders, Sales) with insights.
Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and risk mitigation across the region.
Partner with Commercial Finance to drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606) for complex P&SI deals and drive compliance.
