Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Finance Analyst II to join our Penang team. You will analyze APAC channel forecasts, actuals, and performance, and support accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations.

You will collaborate with the Regional Channel Controller to drive processes, controls, and efficiencies, while supporting audit requests and finance projects in a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Oracle, Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track APAC Channel forecasts, actuals, outlooks, and execution performance (orders, sales, backlog, margins).
• Support APAC Channel accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, rebate accruals, POD reversals, and WOC subs billings.
• Partner with Regional Channel Controller and Finance Manager to manage business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive operating and reporting efficiencies.
• Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Drive regional process improvements, standardization, and finance automation across workflows.
• Support management reporting, system testing, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects.
