In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Work with R&D team members and product planning team on both project and product lifecycle management.
  2. Manage continuous improvement, cost savings, hardware revision projects, and EOL products.
  3. Develop EOL component strategy for product lifecycle planning.
  4. Responsible for execution tasks such as Agile ECO/MCO, phase-out notices, prototype builds, and MVR (Manufacturing Verification Readiness).
  5. Foster positive teamwork and facilitate collaboration across multiple functions.
  6. Coordinate with global groups to align efforts and expectations.

You’re skilled at streamlining tasks, creating efficient workflows, and developing clear plans that optimize resource allocation. Your adaptable communication style ensures your message resonates with different audiences, and you’re quick to adjust in dynamic environments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Computing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time experience in R&D with a passion for dealing with people.
  • Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of Agile product lifecycle management systems.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Good understanding of technologies such as PXI, PCIe, motherboard architecture, modular instruments, and controller architecture.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to collaborate across R&D and Manufacturing teams.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, with effective problem-solving skills.
