Job summary

PBLT SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage pre/post-contract activities for construction projects in Cyberjaya.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. You will prepare tender docs, monitor budgets, and liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure contractual compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with a proven capability in cost control, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Experience with developers/contractors is an advantage.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract and post-contract activities for construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tender documents, cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project delivery and compliance.
• Evaluate tenders, variation orders, and contract-related documents.
• Administer contracts including interim payments, final accounts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, and budgets; identify contractual/financial risks.
• Prepare cost analyses, project financial reports, and support cost control.
• Ensure documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings are completed on project completion.
• Support project planning, contract administration, and other duties by management.
