Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in construction or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Glodon Taking Off Software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with high standards and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit progress claims; coordinate with client's QS for timely payment certificates.
• Prepare monthly subcontractor payment certificates.
• Perform take-off measurements using Glodon software to generate material estimates.
• Request quotations, negotiate prices to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Attend site progress and Contract Coordination Meetings; prepare minutes.
• Compile monthly progress reports, RFAs, and RFIs for the consultant.
