Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate claims submitted by contractors.
• Provide efficient, accurate, and timely costing reports to management.

Requirements:

• A Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
• Preferably a fresh graduate or with at least one year of experience in a QS consultancy firm or construction-related quantity surveying work.
