Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract QS duties.

Lead procurement, cost planning and contract administration.

Liaise with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project cost control.

Review and assess subcontractor claims and variations.

Provide cost advice and value engineering input.

Mentor and guide junior QS team members.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Over eight years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction projects.

Extensive experience in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation management for building construction projects.

Proficient in MS Excel and Autocad.

Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
