Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure QC activities follow procedures and standards across the manufacturing and EMS environment. You will oversee inspection plans, drive continuous improvement, and lead the quality team to meet objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years' experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/27001 and RBA code of conduct, with proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in EMS/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/27001 and RBA code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Oversee execution of inspection plans and ensure compliance with checklists and specifications.
• Monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers on quality issues, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead, train, and motivate the quality team to achieve quality objectives.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and improvement of high defect/failure rates.
• Drive structured problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, RCA, CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with management systems and code of conduct.
