Job summary

Une entreprise orientée vers l'excellence recherche un Quality Manager pour diriger toutes les fonctions qualité sur site. Le candidat idéal disposera d'un diplôme en discipline connexe, d'une expérience en manufacturing, notamment dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs, et d'une solide connaissance des normes de qualité. Ce poste stratégique nécessitera des compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe pour améliorer et maintenir les processus qualité dans un environnement de production dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans des environnements de fabrication complexes et diversifiés.
• Connaissance approfondie des processus de fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
• Certifications CQE ou Six Sigma Black Belt sont un plus.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un leadership pour toutes les fonctions qualité sur site.
• Agir en tant que représentant qualité et interface avec les clients.
• Superviser l'amélioration du système de gestion de qualité ISO9001.

Job description

Provide leadership for all site quality functions including Quality Manager, Engineers, Document Control and QA/QC Inspection

Act as the site quality representative interfacing with customers

Report ongoing quality related activities to site management and employees

Coordinate with cross-site quality teams to standardize and improve quality processes and performance.

Work with other cross functional departments to facilitate improvement

Oversee, maintain, and improve the site ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)

Plan and implement the use of common quality tools such as FMEA's, control plans, gage R & R's, FAIs and RCCA

Provide mentoring to teams to improve their knowledge and skills in quality sciences

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline

Experience in complex and diverse manufacturing settings.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., wafer fab, assembly, test, packaging).

In-depth understanding of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, IPC, SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.).

Experience with reliability testing, customer quality requirements standards.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certification is a plus.

Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and ESD protection.
