GAOCE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance professional to drive quality improvements across suppliers and manufacturing processes in Selangor.

The role emphasizes change management, in-process QC, root-cause analysis, and team leadership to ensure product conformity and preventive actions. Qualifications

• Basic team-management competency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related science & engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of quality-function experience within precision-manufacturing, with at least 1 year hands-on quality-management experience.
• Holders of quality-related certifications e.g. Internal Auditor, Six-Sigma are preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, meticulous working style and good resilience under pressure.
• Proficient in Chinese communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supplier quality improvement through change management, in-process QC, and closed-loop analysis of non-conformities.
• Abnormal material handling: determine disposition for non-conforming materials at IQC and production site; plan preventive actions.
• Manufacturing process quality control: validate planning and execution of key QC points; develop inspection and audit protocols.
• Perform statistical analysis on manufacturing quality data and manage non-conformity handling.
• Resolve product quality incidents including control, disposition and improvement of non-conforming products.
• Optimize manufacturing-related system and procedural documents.
• Collaborate with customer service to address customer specifications, resolve quality complaints and lead root-cause investigations.
