In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:CSN:
- Coordinate and guide staff for robust investigation of customer complaints or feedback.
- Provide feedback on customer complaints to relevant internal parties for awareness upon receipt of SRs and update SR status during Quality Councils.
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with internal parties, CSN, and LBP on investigation outcomes.
FQA:
- Manage and support FQA functions, including inspection planning and documentation.
- Coordinate with third parties or LBP regarding queries on valve assembly quality.
- Drive continuous improvement through DCRS analysis on relevant operational processes.
- Plan and manage activities, including scheduling, prioritization, and budgeting.
NDT:
- Ensure testing procedures comply with relevant standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Stay updated on standards changes and implement them in testing protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and production staff to integrate testing into production.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to team members.
QC System:
- Guide team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and lead activities, including scheduling, prioritization, and budgeting.
Audit:
- Support internal and external audit programs as scheduled.
Others:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to SGIA, cost savings, and AI projects.
- Assist in plant safety improvement activities.
- Initiate actions to prevent non-conformance and verify corrective action effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Knowledge of standards such as ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NACE, and ISO.
- Familiarity with ISO QMS and PED.
- Certification as a QMS internal or lead auditor.
- Experience with Oracle systems, OASIS, QA Web Applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field/Diploma in Engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under deadlines.
