What's the role?

It’s an exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are transforming the future of digital at Hilti and seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Team Tester to be a key part of our digital transformation journey. As a Scrum Team Tester, you will be involved in QA strategy, planning, and both manual and automation testing during the implementation of new functionalities on the Digital Platform.

What does the role involve?

The QA Hybrid Software Engineer in Test is responsible for developing and executing test strategies, creating test plans, writing test cases, and performing manual testing. Responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. This role also involves reviewing system requirements, tracking quality assurance metrics, and monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve malfunctions to meet quality standards.

What you need is:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with BDD test design and writing test cases with Gherkin syntax
• Experience with automation testing of UI and API using Selenium, Postman, and Rest Assured
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo
• Ability to review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide feedback and plan testing tasks
• Creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
• Ability to identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly
