Job summary

Leo Ceramiko Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Executive to join our quality assurance team on a full-time basis. Based in Shah Alam, you will implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet our stringent specifications and regulatory requirements.

Based in our ceramic manufacturing operations, you will perform inspections, maintain documentation, analyze quality data, and collaborate with production to drive continuous improvement and customer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years QA/QC experience, preferably in tiles manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and inspection standards.
• Proficiency with quality control tools and equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar QMS
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of ceramic products at production stages.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and docs.
• Identify deviations and document corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data to monitor trends and performance.
• Collaborate with production to resolve concerns and implement improvements.
• Maintain records of inspections and test results.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce defects and waste.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints related to quality
