Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced certification preferred: CQE, CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP (optional).
• 8-10+ years of construction QA/QC experience, preferably in Data Center or critical facilities.
• Strong background in large-scale projects and multidisciplinary QA/QC teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Define QA/QC processes, procedures, and KPIs; lead risk-based quality planning.
• Oversee daily inspection activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with third-party labs, testing agencies, and commissioning teams; validate test results.
• Interface with client, consultant, contractors, and subcontractors on QA/QC matters; provide reports.
• Lead training on quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
