Job Description
Job Scopes:
- Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for supervision of internal quality sections including supplier and in-process quality management: incoming quality assurance, in-process quality control and chemical laboratory.
- Responsible for supervision of product quality management sections including material declaration and UL certification.
- Responsible for assisting the Top Management to establish Quality Policies and priorities to achieve Company Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for elaborating Quality Policies outlined by Top Management, assure leadership to set-up concrete programs for implementation and completion.
- Responsible for establishing and defining job responsibilities and accountability of everyone in Quality Assurance Department.
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementation of appropriate quality control plans or techniques to optimize and to improve current process capability and product quality.
- Responsible for setting up cross-functional internal audit system to check on Quality System effectiveness so that appropriate corrective action could be taken on time to achieve continuous improvements.
- Responsible for supervision of in-house preparation prior to external audit by certification body or customers.
- Responsible for leading, guiding and motivating all Quality Assurance Personnel to have full commitment and involve in all quality improvement programs to achieve company Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for process capability, product quality and quality system adequacy and effectiveness reviewing, and to initiate quality improvement programs.
- Coordinator for the setting up and review of FMEA and Control Plan.
- Responsible for management of environmental aspects and health and safety hazards of the quality control activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Material Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Good knowledge of panel handling, understanding of traveler, safety and health, housekeeping and process flow.
- Competent knowledge of QMS functions and product certifications.
- Good analytical, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100 and ISO 13485 audit skills.
- Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), 7 QC Tools, Quality Control Circle (QCC), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
