Qualifications

• 4–7 years of QA experience with leading testing initiatives.
• Hands-on with modern automated testing frameworks (Playwright/Cypress).
• Selenium experience is a plus during transition to modern tech.
• Knowledge of API and web services testing with Postman is essential.
• Experience in mobile testing and device farm integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills within Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of complex test plans and cases across projects.
• Oversee defect triage, root-cause analysis, and reporting to leadership.
• Architect and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and architects to define requirements.
• Champion quality engineering and Shift-Left practices throughout SDLC.
