Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive supply chain industry.
• Hands-on knowledge in quality systems and problem-solving tools.
• Preferably residing in Melaka.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document quality system procedures as per ISO9001/TS16949.
• Liaise for corrective actions on product deviations.
• Coordinate quality data reporting and internal/customer complaints.

Job description

Job Responsibility

• Establish, implement and maintain document quality system procedure and instruction in accordance to ISO9001/TS16949, equivalent International Quality System and Customer requirement.
• Liaise with the process engineers and others department for corrective action on any deviation that affecting the products to prevent recurrence of non- conformity.
• Control further processing and non-conforming product until the product deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Coordinate and reporting of quality data that requirement by customer timely and accurately.
• Lead and coordinate internal and customer complaints by using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR) and follow up on action implementation.
• Regularly review the quality system for continuous improvement and make sure action items are fulfilled timely.
• Work towards achieving company quality objectives and Top targets.
• Carry out any job related task or assignment assigned by Superior.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Automotive supply chain industry.
• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Science or related working experience in ISO9001 / TS16949 Quality System.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in problem solving tools (8D methodology, fishbone analysis, FTA and 5 Why analysis) will be an added advantage.
• Preferable candidates living in Melaka.
