Senior Purchasing Executive (Construction)

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established policies and procedures, while optimizing price, delivery, and terms.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Manage daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Procurement or related field; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Resourceful, proactive, self-driven, and independent.
• Hardworking, meticulous, with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in UBS and IFCA software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
