Position Title: Senior Project Sales (KL)

Job Description:

1. Drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.
2. Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
3. Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Company's pricing policies.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
5. Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions of company’s services and products to them.

Salary: 3000~6000 (MYR)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent are preferred.
2. Minimum 1 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales / Marketing in building material.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Proactive, aggressive, team player, able to work independently & result-oriented.
5. Possess own transport.
6. Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied.
