Develop and manage construction schedules for building projects, including resource planning and coordination of subcontractor activities. Review project specifications to create time schedules and accurate cost estimates for construction phases. Monitor and track the progress of the building project, providing regular reports on timelines and budgets. Organize and attend meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and resource allocation. Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare material requirements and cost estimates. Ensure that the building project is progressing as planned, within the established budget, and on schedule. Coordinate with different teams to address any delays or challenges, ensuring effective resolution to meet project deadlines.
