Qualifications

Job description

Job Summary

Prepare Master Work Programme, monitor and report work progress, prepare bi-weekly progress report, assist operations and site activities, prepare correspondence to clients, consultants and sub-contractors, advises project teams on project progress and delays, prepare mitigation programmes and extension of time claims.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare Master Work Programmes (MWP)
  2. Prepare Bi-Weekly Progress Reports
  3. Advice Management on Project Status
  4. Prepare Mitigation Work Programmes
  5. To attend progress meetings with Clients and Consultants
  6. To attend progress meetings with Sub-Contractors
  7. To verify work done by Sub-Contractors
  8. To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.
  9. To assist in monitoring and controlling construction progress according to the MWP.
  10. To prepare Extension of Time ( EOT) Claims in collaboration with Project Operational and Support teams
  11. Collaborate with BIM team to prepare BIM 4D (Construction Visualization) for Projects
  12. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company
  13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent


Skills & Abilities

  1. Knowledge of building construction activities
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  3. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage
  4. Personal Qualities: Hard Working, willing to learn and take initiative, can work in a team
