Qualifications

  • Bac en ingénierie, informatique ou équivalent. Formation complémentaire en gestion des opérations ou gestion de programmes/portefeuilles est un plus.
  • Certificat PMP requis.
  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.

Job Description

Reporting to the SEA PMEM (LCS) Manager and working in collaboration with the Country SSBL (LCS), the Project Management (PM) role manages and leads large local projects, driving our goals, performing project reviews, and ensuring project execution and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local delivery strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities; monitor, forecast, and report on project outcomes to meet business and operational objectives.
  • Support financial goals by driving project margin improvements.
  • Ensure consistency in executing large projects while managing medium to small projects based on business needs.
  • Manage all important and confidential project documents.
  • Develop relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors, negotiating for the best prices to improve project margins.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on project cost control.
  • Explore new ways to improve project execution and profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and oversee site installation and commissioning activities with relevant teams.
  • Support internal and external audits and ISO certification processes related to projects.
  • Assist the Proposal team with project management inputs for better cost optimization and increasing order win rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent; further education in Business operations or Program/Portfolio management is a plus.
  • PMP certification.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in process and controls engineering solutions within an EPC/EPCM project environment or similar.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation technologies or similar solutions.
  • At least 6 years managing projects in process automation, smart manufacturing, or industrial control projects.
  • Conflict resolution and strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and engaging directly with customers.
