At IT Services, we are passionate about Project Management. Our Service Automation Platforms & Transformation team is continuously expanding. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale change and transformation projects.
This role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders and users effectively as well as technical knowledge to manage all workstreams. You will join us on a journey to simplify and modernize our Service Management Platforms and drive transformation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing large-scale transformation projects in the Service Management space, largely focused on ServiceNow tooling.
- Developing and executing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
- Working closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns to ensure user satisfaction and adoption of new solutions.
- Conducting training sessions and providing support during and after the tool introduction.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the project team.
- Collaborating on the creation of a product roadmap based on the defined requirements and priorities.
- Liaising with IT technical teams, product owners, and business users to deliver updates and report project progress.

As a Senior Project Manager, you are required to fulfill these requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 8+ years in project management, with experience in the digitalization industry being a plus.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and manage specialist-based, high-performing, and multicultural teams.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management technologies. ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and users.
- Experienced in Change and Roll-out Management related to new technologies with a global scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- High intercultural experience (working across teams globally).
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
