A leading property developer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale developments in Johor Bahru. Project Planning
Lead and oversee end-to-end project planning including master schedules, resource planning, budgeting, and risk assessments.
Work closely with the development, design, and costing teams to ensure alignment between design intent, project feasibility, and timelines.
Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies during the planning phase.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure approvals, permits, and documentation are in place before implementation.
Project Implementation
Drive project execution from pre-construction to handover, ensuring delivery is within budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
Supervise day-to-day site operations, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
Implement project tracking systems to monitor construction progress, budget control, quality standards, and compliance.
Coordinate timely resolution of technical issues, changes, and unforeseen site conditions with consultants and internal teams.
General Project Management Duties
Consult and collaborate with senior management, internal departments, consultants, and authorities for smooth project execution.
Develop and lead project teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, upskilling, and succession planning.
Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, safety regulations, and statutory requirements including Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
Provide regular reporting to management on project progress, risks, and corrective actions.
