Job Description

Step into a leadership role with a well-established and steadily growing main contractor known for delivering iconic high-rise developments across the Klang Valley. With major new projects kicking off this July, the company is expanding its core team to meet increasing project demands.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring quality delivery, within budget, and on schedule. You'll play a key part in driving progress from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project implementation in line with the company’s Quality Management System.

Oversee construction progress, performance, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors.

Attend and represent the company in client, consultant, and site meetings.

Chair bi-weekly sub-contractor meetings to track deliverables and resolve site issues.

Review construction drawings and propose efficient, cost-effective build solutions.

Validate progress reports and claims, ensuring timely submission and payments.

Tackle on-site technical issues with practical engineering solutions.

Collaborate on tender submissions and technical proposals for upcoming projects.

Report directly to top leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Over 10 years of solid experience in construction management, engineering, and project execution.

Proven track record in managing large-scale developments, preferably high-rise projects.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage consultants, clients, and site teams effectively.
