Job Description

Lead and manage the successful delivery of the Adventure Waterpark redevelopment project, coordinating design, construction, and stakeholder activities. Manage multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations regarding quality, budget, timeline, and brand consistency.

  • Oversee project from design to handover.
  • Manage client relationships and project reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor costs, schedule, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards, especially for refurbishment works.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site inspections.
  • Prepare and present project reports to leadership and clients.
Qualifications
