Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, project management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years leading project management and construction, high-rise preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on track record managing construction projects with consultants and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills for high-value, complex projects.
• Familiarity with contractual management to ensure compliance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in contractual management, administration, variation orders and claims.
• Assist in cost budgeting, financial planning and evaluation of development opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day construction on site, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and stakeholders for approvals and compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth project operations.
• Monitor activities to align with schedules, specifications and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure construction and maintenance work follow procedures and safety standards.
• Assist in defect resolution and maintenance to ensure timely completion.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required, showing leadership and independence.
