Job description

Manage new key strategic projects to meet project/program goals, including development of clear objectives, timelines, costs, and resources.

Initiate and set goals for the project/program, strategize their directions/objectives, and ensure they are aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.

Manage strategic projects/programs covering multiple countries across the region.

Lead and drive teams of subject matter experts to produce architectural changes and technical solutions to meet project and business needs.

Deliver strong leadership skills with proven ability to plan, manage, and implement large-scale, complex, and high-cost projects successfully, maximizing value for the organization.

Be responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects under a program-level initiative.

Manage interdependencies and risks, drive resolutions of key issues, and escalate risks and issues for guidance and decision where necessary.

Manage all activities within the project/program management lifecycle, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope.

Manage the project/program budget effectively, closely monitoring and tracking costs incurred as the project/program progresses.

Ensure project/program quality by embedding quality processes where applicable and relevant.

Manage project/program risks by implementing a risk management process.

Develop and execute an efficient communication strategy to ensure effective communication with all management levels within the team.

Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal senior management and external vendors and suppliers. Influence stakeholders with different agendas to align with project/program objectives.

Manage and develop the staffing plan for the project/program, identify hiring needs, develop position descriptions, and conduct recruitment.

Identify sourcing requirements, manage sourcing activities, and optimize them to align with set goals.

Manage and oversee the test management team.

Manage suppliers’ contracts, facilitate negotiations, and identify areas for negotiation with suppliers.

Responsible for staff administration, supervision, coaching, development, and performance management. Provide technical leadership and direction to subordinates and project staff.

Develop, implement, and socialize best practices for performing project-related tasks within the organization.

Establish and effectively execute governance frameworks, including audit and risk management during project execution.

Communicate project progress and statuses regularly and timely to the Board of Directors, relevant committees, senior management, PSC, and project teams.

Provide accurate and up-to-date reporting and status updates regularly to Group Project Management.
