Aked Selasih Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager with significant experience in managing construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, ensure timelines are met, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Candidates with relevant industry certifications and a strong leadership background will thrive in this dynamic role.
· Lead and manage multiple property and construction projects from inception to completion.
· Set clear project goals, scopes, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project schedules and monitor performance against timelines and budgets.
· Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks.
· Lead project teams and motivate for peak performance.
· Maintain strong communication with management and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
· Promote continuous improvement and project delivery excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· 8 to 15 years of experience in project management, ideally in infrastructure (C&S) or construction for highway projects, road work. Preferably experienced in earthwork/infrastructure construction.
· Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination abilities.
· Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
· Certifications such as CIDB, BEM, LAM, ST, NIOSH, DOSH, or PMP are a definite advantage.
