Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all assigned projects ensuring they adhere to scope, quality, and budget.
  • Conduct monthly sales achievement reviews and assist director.
  • Lead project problem-solving and communication with all stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual business plan, take charge of the formulation and adjustment of annual sales / expense and other comprehensive budget Provide support by responding to issues / problems arising.

• Confirm sales achievement status, assist director to conduct monthly review.

• Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, and cost.

• Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution are performing to the required standard and within time-cost budget.

• Providing advice and analysis on project feasibility studies, budgeting and other relating to construction management to the Company.

• Implement policies, procedures, and instructions required by the Management.

• Monitor procurement process with procurement team including PR, PO tracking to meet project timeline.

• Chairs on behalf of direct superior any meeting daily / weekly / monthly with client / owner / end-user by delivering up to date project progress.

• Lead in project problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project.

• Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws.

• Review handover documents once the project completion.

• Monitor and track invoicing process to be carry on time.

• Facilitate communications between high management, office and field staff.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree.

• Candidate who possesses some project hand-on experience.

• At least 5 years related working experience in plastic manufacturing environment.

• Able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.

• Able to perform multi-tasking job and meet tight work deadline.

• Can speak in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
