RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with product team to confirm project scope and objectives
• Coordinate with the technical and QA teams to assess efforts and provide a detailed project schedule and plan
• Manage internal and external development teams to execute projects according to the plan
• Facilitate meetings, track project status, and provide timely updates to various stakeholders
• Analyze, evaluate, and resolve project risks and issues
• Provide end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle
• Track BAU tasks to optimize platform/system performance
• Review progress from daily sessions and drive high-quality output from the development team
• Produce management and stakeholder report updates for all on-going projects
• Support RFQ/RFP/tender processes and evaluate vendor proposals
• Apply industry best practices in project management and collaborate with other project managers to identify areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years' experiences in managing digital projects
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or engineering
• Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) and waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps
