Job Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, managing, and implementing Electrical & ELV services for projects.
- Prepare construction, shop drawing, and as-built drawing for M&E systems.
- Ensure works are completed according to contract specifications.
- Assist pre-contract & tender division with tender support for Electrical & ELV services/project support.
- Coordinate, monitor, and review construction work progress.
- Inspect and report on installation works completed by contractors.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site conform with specifications and contract requirements.
- Identify outstanding work to meet project timelines.
- Identify potential problems and delays, and report progress to superiors.
- File all relevant documents in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Verify subcontractors’ claims and prepare progress claims for submission.
- Coordinate M&E matters with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Review M&E layout designs for functionality, buildability, maintainability, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
- Liaise with consultants for M&E submissions and approvals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
