Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in planning, managing, and implementing Electrical & ELV services for projects.
2. Prepare construction, shop drawing, and as-built drawing for M&E systems.
3. Ensure works are completed according to contract specifications.
4. Assist pre-contract & tender division with tender support for Electrical & ELV services/project support.
5. Coordinate, monitor, and review construction work progress.
6. Inspect and report on installation works completed by contractors.
7. Ensure all materials delivered to site conform with specifications and contract requirements.
8. Identify outstanding work to meet project timelines.
9. Identify potential problems and delays, and report progress to superiors.
10. File all relevant documents in accordance with ISO requirements.
11. Verify subcontractors’ claims and prepare progress claims for submission.
12. Coordinate M&E matters with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
13. Review M&E layout designs for functionality, buildability, maintainability, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
14. Liaise with consultants for M&E submissions and approvals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
• Willing to travel.
