Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager in feasibility studies and research.
• Coordinate with consultants for all matters pertaining to project development in all stages.
• Liaise with authorities, government agencies and etc. for submission and acquire approvals in timely manner.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of the assigned task.
• Coordinate with site team to resolve site matters.
• Assist Project Manager in monitor Site Work Progress.
• Assist Project Manager in project execution to meet cost, schedule, quality, design & engineering specifications.
• Participate in the CCM and site meeting to review project progress and status and identify issues arising to Manager.
• As needed, assist superior to deal with contractor and sub-contractors on the defects management during Defect Liability Period (DLP).
• Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed and assigned by Project Manager.
Qualification requirements:
• At least 5 years of property development, consultancy and/or construction experience.
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, M&E or related field.
• Experience in high rise building construction and mixed development.
• Familiar with the requirements and guidelines of Uniform Building By-Laws, Strata Title Act, Strata Management Act, Building & Common Property Act and other relevant authorities.
• Familiar with Qlassic and/or Conquas requirements and implementation.
