Job description

To plan, manage and drive timely completion of projects including new package & product derivates ramp up, FE wafer technology transfer and conversion and change projects (NLoP/NLoZD) for release package in order to ensure success in meeting project deliverable in time, scope and budgets.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Responsible for the project’s success (scope, budget, time, quality, delivery).
2. Drive and manage project business case.
3. Setup appropriate project team structure.
4. Define target and deliverables for the projects and all related sub-projects.
5. Continuously evaluate and track project risks with respect to the defined projects (package ramp up/product derivates/TCM/NLoP/Non-NLoP).
6. Plan and execute mitigating measures with respect to identified/potential project risks.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Degree/Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Material, Manufacturing).
2. More than 5 years in semiconductor industry in the field of package development, assembly engineering or project management.
3. Knowledge in semiconductor BE assembly/test industry.
4. Competency in Project Management skills and knowledge (planning, risk management, consolidation, negotiation). Experience in managing Class D project (medium complexity project).
5. Technical know-how in FMEA, risk analysis/assessment.
6. Knowledge in technical and cost interrelations/correlations.
