In your new role you will:

1. Be responsible for making and prioritizing operational decisions for IT projects.
2. Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Accountable for forming, coordinating, and leading the project team, providing guidance and support.
4. Be the central person for all questions related to the IT projects.
5. Responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed about project progress.
6. Accountable to provide regular status updates to management and other stakeholders.
7. Responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of projects.
8. Assign responsibilities within the project to Project Managers of sub-projects and project team members.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
2. At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
3. Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
6. Participation in relevant vocational training and additional subject-specific qualifications.
7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage and resolve complex project issues.
8. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
