Job summary

Sourceo Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (HVAC) to manage engineering, technical, and site execution for large-scale data centre projects. You will support the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery from design through handover.

Responsibilities include coordinating design development, shop drawings, and method statements, and overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M handover. Strong focus on QA/QC, safety, and scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project engineering preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, coordination, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC design development, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Review project documents to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
• Manage day-to-day HVAC site activities to align with drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with main contractor, MEP trades, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities and handover documentation.
