Job summary

Alloy Enterprises seeks a Senior Project Engineer (HVAC) to lead engineering, site execution, and handover for large-scale data center projects. You will coordinate design, shop drawings, and submissions, review specs, and resolve technical issues across chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, and ventilation.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation while ensuring QA/QC and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project engineering.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, coordination, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC design development, shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
• Review project specs, drawings, codes and standards for compliance.
• Interface with consultants and clients to address technical queries and clarifications.
• Manage day-to-day HVAC site activities according to drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with main contractor, MEP trades, CSA teams, vendors and subcontractors.
• Support pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
• Support cost control, variation evaluation, and progress claims.
• Ensure QA/QC, ITPls, and safety compliance; assist audits and submissions.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
