Project Management: Oversee and manage commercial renovation projects, including cafes, offices, and retail shops valued at RM200K and above.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the Project Executive, ensuring smooth workflow and professional development.

Staffing & Recruitment: Identify and hire skilled personnel to support project execution.

Site Coordination: Ensure proper execution of interior fitting-out work, including builders' work, M&E, civil & structural work, and other site activities.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to align project expectations and deliverables.

Quality & Compliance: Monitor site conditions, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Project Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients, internal teams, and directors.

Documentation & Claims: Manage project documentation, including submission processes and payment claims.

Procurement & Budgeting: Request and evaluate contractor quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and preparing client quotations accordingly.

Emergency & Night Work: Be available for urgent site matters and accept night work if required.
