Job Scope

This role involves automation solution execution, guiding junior engineers in project planning, development, and implementation, and providing technical consultation and project coordination for sales.

Project Execution:

• Execute engineering development, including control system integration, project scheduling, and generating engineering drawings.
• Program development for PLC, touch panels, SCADA, etc., including testing and debugging.
• Conduct FAT, SAT, site testing, and commissioning.

Project Documentation:

• Ensure engineering meets quality and safety standards.
• Organize project meetings and training as needed.
• Coordinate site work and prepare field service reports.

Project Planning:

• Plan and execute projects within man-days and schedules, ensuring profitability.
• Assist sales with control system configurations and costs.

Continuous Improvement & Solution Development:

• Identify improvements in project deployment and solutions.
• Enhance project management skills and technical knowledge.
• Standardize and improve engineering processes.

Collaboration with Sales:

• Work with sales to identify customer needs and provide technical support.
• Conduct system testing, presentations, and training.
• Develop training materials for partners and customers.

Documentation and Asset Management:

• Report project progress to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.

Job Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing processes and industrial knowledge.
• Deep understanding of PLC, SCADA, and networking technologies.
• Strong programming skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronics tools, CAD, and basic electronics and control circuits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of C-Language and databases for technical support.
