MULTI TECH ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from design to commissioning.
2. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions when needed.
5. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with NEC/IEC/IEEE/BS standards and safety regulations.
6. Prepare technical reports, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
7. Lead and mentor junior engineers and site teams, ensuring best practices.
8. Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in electrical construction projects (power distribution, substations, LV/MV systems, etc.).
• Computer literacy: Proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical design, load calculations, cable sizing, protection systems.
