Qualifications

• Revit Architecture – Intermediate/Advanced proficiency, with strong BIM coordination and documentation skills
• Industrial / Manufacturing Architecture experience, preferably Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
• Proven experience in project coordination, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical design

Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Develops design concepts, recommends systems and produces pricing and proposal documents and outline specifications.
• Detailed Design: Researches and ensures discipline design compliance with codes and proposal/client criteria; designs for safety in drawings.
• Detaling: Uses Haskell standards and coordinates with other disciplines; conducts interdisciplinary coordination to minimize deficiencies in drawings and specs.
• Leads production of organized, accurate drawings with clear presentation; signs and seals documents when portion of record design.
• Construction Documents: Reviews shop drawings and submittal data for compliance; supports project managers and subcontractors in interpretation of documents
• Construction Support: Provides field solutions, responds to RFI's, prepares field orders and addenda; maintains record drawings and specs.
