Job summary

The Haskell Company is a design-focused firm seeking a licensed architect with strong BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design capabilities in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves leading the production of innovative architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with codes, and coordinating with outside consultants to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Responsibilities span conceptual through construction support, planning, and project management, with emphasis on safety and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• With at least 5 years of industry related experience.
• Revit Architecture - Intermediate/Advanced proficiency, BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Develops design concepts and produces pricing and proposal documents.
• Detailed Design: Ensure discipline design compliance with codes, standards and regulations; design for safety.
• Detailing: Produce organized drawings, comply with QIP and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Construction Documents: Sign and seal documents as Professional of Record when assigned.
• Construction Support: Review shop drawings and provide field support and clarification.
• Planning/Scheduling: Create discipline work plans and monitor workload status.
• Profitability/Project Management: Estimate man-hours, monitor costs, coordinate with outside consultants, and manage communications.
