They would like to meet independent individuals with expertise and design background in project conceptualization as well as management, with prior experience of managing a team and external stakeholders.

about the job

• Perform architectural designs and develop concepts within the company.
• Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients.
• A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts, etc.
• Use your understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc).
• Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed.
• Other duties include team building, staffing, project organization, communication, and mentoring.

skills & experience required

• Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture, with a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed development projects.
• Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred.
• Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary.
